
CANCELLATION POLICY
All services must be cancelled within 24-hours of the scheduled appointment in order to receive a refund.
If there is an environmental event and or physical emergency that prevents 24-hour notification a full refund will be provided.
Once a service has been provided or has already started it can not be canceled.

Hurricanes, Earthquakes, and other environmental emergencies that are out our control that impact ones safety and internet access.

PAYMENTS
​
All payments are due at the time of purchase no less than 48-hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
All or a portion of the services offered by Priscilla Mae on the website are paid in accordance with the terms below:

1.) Refund Policy. There are no refunds, no returns, no exchanges or no sharing of services with someone else.
No-shows are subject to the full cost of the service plus an additional penalty fee will be charged.
A.) The first no-show is subject to a $50.00 penalty fee.
B.) The second no-show will be charged the full cost of the service plus a penalty charge of $75.00.
C.) The third no-show will be the full cost of the service plus a penalty charge of $100.00 and the client will no longer be able to utilize our services. If the client has signed a Midas Touch Coaching Agreement/Contract there will be no refunds for any remaining coaching sessions and the penalty fee of $100.00 will apply.

2.) Wix In-App Purchases. If the website’s services are offered on an Android, iOS, or other mobile application (“Wix mobile app”), this Agreement also applies to payments made on the mobile app. In addition, payments made on the mobile app must also be in accordance with the terms of Wix mobile app .
